Tumeric is known for the yellow color in mustard. It is great for muscle cramps and spasms. The Natrogix Certified Organic Turmeric capsules are great no after taste and the best part is that since my husband began to use them no more midnight Charlie horse. Since it worked for him I tried it for my muscle spasms and they have been gone for 2 weeks now. I received this product completely gratuitous for my honest and unbiased review.
